Targets are the quantitative values/measurements that identify when your goal has been met. Try to think of targets as the end quantity of the result of your actions.

To assist you MyLife provides several options of unit measurements such as dollars, sessions, hours and days.

MyLife defaults to your plan end date for your targets and it allows you to customize if you wish to set up progressive targets or milestones, or set up more than one contributor to your goal.

Some examples:

If your goal was “Get a new home”,

the target name may be “Cost”,

the unit of measure selected may be “Dollars”,

the frequency can be “Once” and

the value can be “250000”.

A progressive set of targets – For the same goal of “Get a a new home”,

the target name can be “Process”,

the unit of measure selected can be “Sessions”,

the frequency can be “Quarterly”,

and the value can be “6” if there are six overall steps to the process.
